Q. Is there a long-term contract or commitment?
A. Once the 30 days is over the commitment level is mutually agreed upon.

Q. Is there a limit on how many accounts?
A. No. However, all accounts must be placed in the initial placement.

Q. Do you charge a commission during the initial 30 days of the Test Drive?
A. No. All collections received by CCAB or the practice are free of charge based on the commitment.

Q. What are your rates?
A. Our commissions range from 30%-50% and are based on the date of service.

Q. Do I have access to my accounts?
A. Yes. You will receive a separate login to access your accounts which are updated every 24 hours.

Q. Can we send older accounts?
A. Yes. We will accept accounts up to 4 years from the date of service.

Q. Is your collection agency licensed and insured/bonded?
A. Yes. We can only do business in states where we are licensed.

Q. Do you only collect on medical accounts?
A. Yes. You can be assured a repo agent will not be talking to your patients. Making sure the practice/patient relationship is secure is our #1 priority.
