A. Absolutely. We will accept accounts up to 4 years from the date of last service.

Q. What type of accounts do you collect?
A. We specialize in late stage medical collections of all practice specialties.

Q. Is there a long term contract or commitment?
A. No. Once the Test Drive is over you can decide to move forward or not.

Q. How do I send the accounts?
A. We receive accounts from email, fax, through our secure website or even by mail.

Q. What do I do if someone calls or pays us?
A. You simply report the communication to us and we will document and update it in our system.

Q. Do I have to send all my business to you?
A. No. Clients can send whatever they feel comfortable with.

Q. What comission do you charge after?
A. Our commission structure is based on how many days past the last date of service the account is when placed. Our range is 25%-50%.

Q. How many accounts would you accept?
A. We have no limit on how many accounts we accept. Minimum 10 accounts required.

Q. Can I use this even though we use another agency?
A. Yes. Many clients use the Test Drive to compare the agency they are currently with.

Q. Do I get any updates on my accounts?
A. Yes. You will receive a special code that will allow you to keep track of the status of your accounts. Accounts are updated every 24 hours.

Q. Do you only do medical?
A. Yes. Because we specialize with small to midsize practices we have become exceptional at producing great results while maintaining the client patient relationship. The Test Drive allows us to prove that before any kind of commitment is made.
